Born and raised in Richardson, TX, and a lifelong resident of the Dallas-Fort Worth area, Morgan brings a unique insider’s perspective to the commercial real estate market. His clients benefit from over 22 years of experience in residential and commercial real estate, including extensive work as a land developer and broker. With a background in managing multi-million dollar residential community projects from acquisition to final stages, Morgan possesses invaluable expertise in property identification, acquisition, and zoning.

Morgan’s specialization in land and industrial real estate allows him to help clients uncover hidden opportunities and future value in potential properties, while also highlighting unique attributes that resonate in the regional, Texas, and national markets. His deep knowledge of city planning and local governance has proven instrumental in streamlining property rezoning, recording, and acquisition processes, ensuring smooth transactions for his clients.

Morgan is a proud graduate of Texas A&M University, where he ran track (800m/1600m) and remains active in several industry organizations, including the Greater Fort Worth Association of REALTORS®, the Society of Commercial Realtors (SCR), the Realtors Land Institute (RLI), and North Texas-CCIM. Currently residing in Argyle, TX, Morgan enjoys spending time with his wife and three daughters, serving at his local Church, weekend family camping/backpacking trips, sand volleyball and running, attending local sporting events, and soaking up live music around the metroplex.
