For Jake Wilkinson, real estate is in his blood. From the vast farms and ranches of his hometown of Blackwell, Texas; to the economic hub of the Metroplex, Jake has a deep appreciation for the landscapes that make Texas special – and the dreams that are represented by each parcel.  After graduating from Texas A&M University, Jake settled in Houston, where he started building his record of success in the world of commercial real estate. He eventually earned the role of Vice President at NAI Partners, the largest independently owned commercial real estate brokerage in the world.   At the beginning of 2022, Jake partnered with a longtime client to launch a new commercial real estate firm, M&W Real Estate in Dallas, Texas. In creating M&W, Jake brings more than 10 years of experience specializing in industrial real estate across Texas.    As a commercial real estate broker, he embodies the strong work ethic and tenacity that was instilled in him at an early age growing up on his family farm. Working diligently to find unique and creative real estate solutions for his clients is what motivates Jake. He provides many services to clients looking for industrial, land, and rail properties across Texas.   In his free time, Jake enjoys spending time with his wife, two daughters, and a son, watching college football, and relaxing at Possum Kingdom Lake. He continues to volunteer with the Houston Rodeo as a captain of the Youth Horse Show Committee.
