Ashley Wojan brings more than a decade of experience in commercial real estate, with deep roots in the Dallas–Fort Worth market and a strong background in office leasing, property marketing, and transaction management. After graduating from the University of Texas at Arlington with a degree in English, Ashley built her career at some of the most recognized firms in the industry, including CBRE, Cushman & Wakefield, and JLL. Over the years, she’s been involved in many of the region’s most high-profile and complex real estate projects, earning a reputation for her attention to detail, creative problem-solving, and ability to navigate deals from start to finish. Now a Brokerage Specialist at M&W Real Estate, Ashley plays a hands-on role in helping clients execute real estate strategies that support their business goals. From coordinating marketing efforts to managing deal execution, she is known for bringing efficiency, insight, and professionalism to every step of the process. Outside of work, Ashley enjoys spending time with her husband and their three young sons. She has a passion for travel, loves working on home projects, and finds joy in hosting gatherings for friends and family.
